A two-storey version of Ecol for a North American context adding rooftop gardens, a Trombe wall and a composting toilet. The group鈥檚 first project that does not involve sulphur concrete.

Proposed as a demonstration project both for the Canadian Urban Demonstration Program and for the United Nations Conference on Human Settlements of 1976, but not realised.
