Diverse synapses are found within every dendr ite\, neuron and brain region. The SA provides a new framework for underst anding how information\, including behavioral patterns and cognitive repre sentations\, is encoded—shaped by the interaction between genetic and envi ronmental factors. In this lecture\, we will explore the dynamic propertie s of the SA throughout the lifespan\, examining how it is influenced by ex perience and sensory input\, the effects of sleep deprivation on its daily functioning\, and how genetic disorders target vulnerable synapses.\n DTSTART:20241001T200000Z DTEND:20241001T210000Z LOCATION:de Grandpre Communications Centre\, Montreal Neurological Institut e\, CA\, QC\, Montreal\, H3A 2B4\, 3801 rue University SUMMARY:Killam Seminar Series: The Role of Synapse Diversity and Synaptome Architecture in Behaviour and Disease URL:/neuro/channels/event/killam-seminar-series-role-s ynapse-diversity-and-synaptome-architecture-behaviour-and-disease-359665 END:VEVENT END:VCALENDAR
