 rd edition of the North American Masterclass in Endoscopic Sinus Surgery a
 nd Management of Vascular Injuries Workshop.\n\n \n\n \n\nAGENDA\n\n \n\nT
 HE AIM OF THIS COURSE is to teach advanced techniques in endoscopic sinus 
 surgery\, including frontal recess dissection and drillout\, medical maxil
 lectomy\, as well as common endoscopic skull base approaches to the pituit
 ary region\, clivus\, anterior cranial and infratemporal fossae.\n\n \n\nV
 ASCULAR WORKSHOP\n\nBack by popular demand\, there will also be a workshop
  on the endoscopic management of large vessel injuries\, on September 14\,
  2017.\n\n \n\nSINUS COURSE\n\nThe course will include a full day of lectu
 res by local and invited faculty\, and 2 days of hands-on dissections\; CT
  imaging and the latest instrumentation will be provided. Dissectors will
