UPDATE: D2 Documentum available again

Both database and file system for Documentum and D2 related service are fully restored to July 13, 11PM. All of our application are back online.

D2 Documentum was unavailable since July 14th, 5:00PM.

Users could not upload or retrieve document from the platform until further notice.

Microsoft 365 license deactivation warnings

IT Services recently migrated many Webex softphone users to Teams Phone.

As a result, users may have received a message from Microsoft stating their license will be deactivated soon. (See screenshot above.) It is a legitimate message from Microsoft.

All �鶹ɫ��Ƭ faculty and staff are assigned Microsoft 365 licenses that provide access to applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Word, and Excel. As part of the recent migration, IT Services changed the type of Microsoft 365 license assigned to some users.
