Member of CACCF (Canadi an Addiction Counselor Certification Federation)\n\nIvy is passionate abou t recovery and has dedicated over 15 years of her career working in the fi eld of addiction and treatment.  During that time she has dealt with a wid e range of individuals at various stages in their recovery process\; from newcomers (pre- and post-rehab) to those struggling with issues in later r ecovery. She also works with families and couples in the healing process. \n\nShe empowers people to use their lifestyle transition as a learning pr ocess to find new and fulfilling directions while maintaining sobriety. Sh e believes everyone is naturally resilient and already possesses everythin g they need. It’s only a matter of accessing that strength and energy.\n\n Ivy also helps individuals and professionals through career transition\; t aking stock of where they are currently\, building a vision for the future \, creating CV’s\, marketing/networking and the job interview process. Thi s can be particularly helpful to the recovering person who often finds him or herself needing or wanting to explore new career/job possibilities in sobriety.\n\nShe currently has a thriving counseling and coaching private practice in Montreal where she offers individual\, face-face as well as ph one and Skype sessions for those living outside of the area. She has creat ed her own 7-step recovery coaching program\, My Resilient Recovery\, whic h she will be launching online in the fall of 2018.  This program is suita ble as an aftercare program or for anyone wanting to boost their recovery to the next level. Ivy is also available for group sessions\, presentation s and workshops on a variety of topics.\n\nIvy has worked at a variety of treatment facilities including Edgewood Health Network Montreal\, Freedom House\, Chatsworth Pavilion as well as an Associate at LHH- Knightsbridge Human Capital Solutions a global career transition organization.\n\nAs wel l\, she is connected to a wide and rich network of interventionists\, trea tment facilities and other mental healthcare providers across Canada and t he U.S.A.\n\nIvy has a B.A in Communications from Â鶹ɫÇ鯬 and an M.A. in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University.\n\n \n\nDr. Jodie Richardson is a clinical psychologist\, member of the Order of Psyc hologists of Quebec and co-founder and Director of Connecte Montreal Psych ology Group. She runs a successful clinic with a wonderful team of like-mi nded psychologists and has helped build a knowledge transfer platform on t heir website where they discuss mental health through their blog\, podcast & picks. She splits her time between running the clinic\, seeing her clie nts and organizing knowledge transfer events and articles. One of her pass ions is helping young psychologists navigate their careers and she has mad e it one of their clinic’s mandates to help psychologists develop both the ir clinical skills and their entrepreneurial skills. Dr. Richardson comple ted her graduate studies in psychology at Â鶹ɫÇ鯬\, carrying out her PhD research at the Eating Disorders Program of the Douglas Mental He alth University Institute. He has deep expertise in the areas of talent assessment\, leadershi p coaching and conflict management interventions.  He is often called upon to give his professional judgement as it relates to a leader’s capacity t o manage challenges and shine albeit significant organizational obstacles. \n\nJean-François is a Quebec licensed psychologist.
